Ryan Builders, along with other companies that are sub-divisions of our divisions. We are a full service real estate brokerage.

Our Founder Dennis K. Ryan is a licensed real estate broker in the State of Illinois. He has been involved in the real estate profession and allied professions since the late 1960's. He held a real estate salesman's license for several years and in 1972 became a real estate broker and went out on his own and founded the present company. He received a Bachelors Degree from DePaul University Chicago in Real Estate and Finance. He is a Viet Nam Veteran and a Life Member in the V.F.W. He also belongs to several other local and national organizations. He served 2 terms on the River Grove Library District as a Trustee and volunteered on many community boards and was involved in many community service events.
